I am not sure where to
start, I have never had
anything go so well in my
life!
The venue looked beautiful
and the service was
fantastic, Sheryl and the
staff were there with a
caring and considerate
attitude, John kept me
updated with how things were
regarding the bar service
and the food, well not one
complaint. It was truly
amazing; Uncle Bill Thoni
who is the president of
Cargil Beef was deeply
impressed with the beef. The
salads were sparkling, the
pasta was fresh and
delicious the chicken, well
better than I recall at the
tasting.
Cakes, the brides cake was
over the top, I appreciate
the fact the pastry chef was
there and I enjoyed speaking
with him, he is a true
artist. Pistol Pete looked
super and they were
delicious.
Nothing can ever describe
how I felt when I walked
into the Leeper, Sheryl,
Angie and I went in early,
It felt like I had walked
into a fairy tale. My
daughter and Ryan could not
believe how beautiful it all
was. The tables and the
flowers were stunning.
It was truly a night to

Program) holds 12 class days from
October to April and each day we visit
up to three different venues…which means
three different locations for your group
to arrive early, set up and tear down
each time. Since it’s my job to organize

locations with a specific budget and YOU
DO ALL THE REST! We have had terrific

We were so blessed by the professionalism, the
yummy food (that we got tons of compliments on),
and the organization that gave me peace of mind
on our wedding day. The table linens and napkin
colors matched our flowers perfectly and gave
the entire room elegance. It turned out to
match better than I expected. :) Thanks for
taking the time to accommodate us in matching
our colors. :) I was also impressed that the
captain introduced himself to me before the
ceremony and checked on us 3 times during to
make sure we were served well. That was much
appreciated.
I was most
grateful that when our other caterer fell
through the last week of December that you
all still had our date open. That was a HUGE
God-send! And that you were still willing
to work with us last minute to get
everything together.

I just wanted to let you know what a HUGE success the party was mainly
due to your food and your staff!!! EVERYTHING from your end was way over
the top! Cheryl couldn't have been more accommodating, the bartender was
efficient and friendly, your waitstaff was blissfully unassuming and
paid great attention to detail, and the food was delicious, served at
the correct temperature and in a very timely manner.
AND, I can't tell you how joyful I was the next morning when I got up
and couldn't tell 55+ people had even been at our house. The kitchen and
garage were perfectly clean and the rentals were swept away by 9:00am!
Many thanks for all your help! It made it a very memorable evening for
all of us!

I just want to express to you my compliments on the absolutely wonderful
catering for our mother's birthday gathering. The food was scrumptious,
the staff impeccable, and the decor complemented the selected paintings.
I overheard many asking for more duck nachos at the start of food
service to some "sneaking" home toffee at the end. All of the meal was
perfectly prepared and presented. I really appreciated the flower
arrangements being exactly as we discussed. The types and colors are
truly her style. Must tell you also that the birthday cake and its
celebration was a hit, all enjoyed. You have a great staff all the way

Hi, Paige.
I just wanted to say how extremely happy I was with the food and the
service Friday night. Everyone was raving about the food. I got tons of
complements and just got off the phone with a friend who described it as
“ridiculously delicious.”
The service was also fantastic. Roger was great. We had to make some
adjustments in the layout due to a problem with one elevator, and he
switched everything around really quickly. We also made adjustments in
heaters due to traffic patterns and cold, and he was great about that
also. Very pleasant and professional.

mother's wake. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious, especially
the beef tenderloin and everyone loved the chocolate sheet cake. Your

beautiful & perfect colors...I just wish they could stay looking that

Dear Page,
I want to compliment the entire Page Barteau Catering staff on an
exemplary performance at the A.D. Willis Company Continuing Education
and Networking Event at Red Berry Mansion on June 17, 2010. Not only
was the food outstanding, the service left nothing to be desired.
Following a brief rain storm, the whole outside set-up had to be moved
indoors, and your staff made a smooth transition and kept the event
flowing. They also made some timely last minute changes without
missing a beat. Finally, they took the trash with them from our lunch
caterer, because we did not have room in our vehicles.

Hi Tamara,

turned out. It was so important to me that the guests loved the
food....and I was so ecstatic during the night when everyone kept coming
up to me and telling me that they couldn't stop eating! One of my
friends said it was the best food she's ever had at a wedding...and when
she said that I felt so proud....and SO SO happy that I went with you
guys! The late night food was such a hit! People have been talking
about those sliders with the kick of jalapeno for days now! And the way
you wrapped up all of the extra food was so nice. We actually pulled it
out at the after party and everyone got a second dinner!
