I just wanted to thank you and your staff so much for making my
Wedding on April 4th, 2009 at the Southwest School of Art and Craft,
so perfect.
I began planning my wedding 2 years ago and conducted a thorough
search for the perfect San Antonio caterer. From the first meeting
at your office, I was treated very special and I felt like you
listened to me and that you genuinely wanted my business. After a
thorough analysis and comparison of local catering companies, I felt
like Page Barteau Catering was the best value for my money and that
your company approached everything with a “can-do” attitude that I
really liked. I also felt that Page Barteau Catering was open to
hearing new ideas and trying new things, something that was
important to me in order to execute some of the specific details of
my wedding and reception.
Two of my dear friends are getting married next month in Florida and
Georgia and I hear horror stories about how they are having problems
with their caterers and vendors giving them push-back on every
little detail. I feel bad for them because it is truly the details
that make the wedding unique. I was lucky that I picked a caterer
who understood the importance of these details. It’s the small
details that the guests will remember. Every detail at my wedding
was perfect and if it wasn’t, it was corrected immediately by your
staff and made perfect.
The guests raved about the food and the setup. The lighting and the
table settings were great and the service was prompt. Your catering
captain Yvette, was easily accessible throughout the wedding and was
responsive to any suggestions I made.
I was very satisfied with the final cost of my wedding and was very
comfortable working with Page and her staff. She made this wedding
seem effortless and kept me stress-free.

I can't tell you how pleased I am with the way everything turned out. You and your staff did an amazing job! You were so calm and collected and had everything under control. From the rehearsal, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception you were really on the ball. I am truly impressed. I have had a ton of complements on the food and especially the cakes! Thank you all for making our party last weekend a first class event. Since I used Page Barteau Catering for our wedding a couple of years ago, I knew we were in good hands. Kudos! Kudos! Kudos! and more. We could not have been more pleased with your service Saturday for Daddy's 90th birthday party. The servers were excellent and everyone raved about how delicious the food was.
I especially say thanks to Kelly for the special thing she did for me. I asked for a small piece of cake to bring back to my elderly neighbors( he just had cartoid surgery and she is about to start chemo therapy) who wanted to share in Daddy's party. I am getting ready to take that cake to them.

Just a note to say thank you for doing such a lovely party for use last night. The staff really pulled off a marathon effort, working like Olympians, getting things done. Stella was very calm and we knew we were in good hands. All the staff were wonderful and eager to please. Once things started I did not even turn around, knowing things were running smoothly.
The food was delicious and the flowers gorgeous. We had quite a few guests ask about both! We look forward to enjoying your lovely gift of poppy seed dressing and almond toffee, along with our leftovers.
This was our first catered party in San Antonio and we know we picked the best company. Thanks for a lovely evening.
