Dear Mike & Page,
This is my 3rd experience with your catering company, and I just
wanted to let you know what a wonderful job you did yesterday for my
mother's wake. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious, especially
the beef tenderloin and everyone loved the chocolate sheet cake. Your
attendants were very efficient and they cleaned up everything leaving
my house immaculate, which I greatly appreciate. The flowers were
beautiful & perfect colors...I just wish they could stay looking that
good permanently. I especially loved how you staged the food on my
circular dining table with the tall vase of flowers in the center. It
was an awesome first impression!

again in the future.

Dear Page,
Everyone was incredibly happy with the venue and food. Your staff did
a wonderful job and took very good care of us. No one grumbled about
assisting in directing people to and from the buses either. It was a
great evening and I am soooooooo glad I pulled the reception inside -
I was sweating bullets just assisting tying the cocktail table ties.
And the food
lived up to your reputation. I received many comments on how great and
creative it was.
That night I had another company ask me about assisting them in
September with their event in San Antonio and they were interested in
the chapel and your services. I will let you know if that pans out.

Dear Page,
I want to compliment the entire Page Barteau Catering staff on an
exemplary performance at the A.D. Willis Company Continuing Education
and Networking Event at Red Berry Mansion on June 17, 2010. Not only
was the food outstanding, the service left nothing to be desired.
Following a brief rain storm, the whole outside set-up had to be moved
indoors, and your staff made a smooth transition and kept the event
flowing. They also made some timely last minute changes without
missing a beat. Finally, they took the trash with them from our lunch
caterer, because we did not have room in our vehicles.
Thank you Page Barteau Catering for going above and beyond to make our
event a success.

Hi Page and Brittany. I just wanted to
thank you for the amazing job your crew did at our wedding on
Saturday. Gabe was amazing, as was everyone else from PBC.
Everyone was so professional and nice, the set-up was
beautiful, and the food was delicious.
Several of my guests complimented the food,
and I have to admit it was better than I remembered from the

What an amazing party! I have come to expect nothing less than exact
implementation and a seamless flow from Page Barteau Catering. Your
food was delicious, as always and your service superb. Everyone in
attendance was trilled to hear you were catering. You all are willing
to go the extra mile and beyond for your clients. This is what sets
you apart from the rest!
Thank you again for your hard work and dedication to a event that
helps raise support not only for Youth Ministry at Saint Luke's, but
for high school students at the Samaritan Center. We would never think

Re: Derby Party
Hi, Britany,
It was a great success. We were very pleased with it. The food was
excellent. My husband and I said, we always expect catered food to be
good - not excellent. This was truly excellent food. I've had lots of
requests for the bourbon slushie recipe. Any chance the chef will part
with it???
We'll definitely be calling you for next year's Derby party.

The event went great, everyone was very impressed with food, set up
and décor; thanks to you and your staff for your excellent work. I
also wanted to let you know Katie was exceptionally helpful, she's an
extremely hard worker.
I did get the revised invoice and can have the checks ready for you
today.
Can you give me an idea as to what time someone might be stopping by?
Also, I'm having a mixer with the Asian Chamber in our plaza on May
12, and would like to use your services again. This will be an after
work happy hour type event, so hors d'oeuvres and beer and wine. I'm
check with the Asian Chamber if they have any special requests for
food, but probably something Asian themed.

Good Morning
We wanted to let you know how much we
appreciated all of the attention to detail and the personal,
exceptional and friendly services you all provided Saturday at the
wedding dinner at the Botanical Gardens. It was a wonderful evening,
the food was great and everything went perfectly as planned. What a
delight to be able to enjoy the evening and to trust that we did not
have to worry about anything. We especially appreciated the
attention to the vegetarian request and the support to assist us
with decorating the tables as the bride designed (I know that was
quite complex) and you had a fast turn around time between the
wedding seating and the dinner seating.
Your expertise and professionalism was a
major component to a magical evening and we appreciate it very much.

Hi Tamara,
Thank you and your team for a wonderful job. Roger did a great job of
leading that night and everything went very smoothly. I heard that the
food was great, and I personally can attest to the delicious chocolate
covered psychedelic swirled strawberries!! I love the creativity with
the menu and thought the décor was excellent.

Hi Tamara,
Just wanted to write and say thank you for all of your help in planning
and organizing my wedding. I couldn't be happier with the way things
turned out. It was so important to me that the guests loved the
food....and I was so ecstatic during the night when everyone kept coming
up to me and telling me that they couldn't stop eating! One of my
friends said it was the best food she's ever had at a wedding...and when
she said that I felt so proud....and SO SO happy that I went with you
guys! The late night food was such a hit! People have been talking
about those sliders with the kick of jalapeno for days now! And the way
you wrapped up all of the extra food was so nice. We actually pulled it
out at the after party and everyone got a second dinner!
From the minute we walked into your office, you were so positive and
supportive, and I never for one second doubted that you would come
through. I will never use another caterer in town! And I will be
recommending you to everyone I know!

I just want to thank you and your organization for your services last
night for our event. We were extremely impressed with Roger and Ricky
(Chef) and their professionalism. Roger maintained a cheerful attitude
(he always had a smile on his face), in spite of the volume of people he
had to service and, in addition, he really helped us out of a bind. We
rented a margarita machine and thought one liter of Tequila would
certainly carry us through the night, well it didn’t. So we thought we
were going to have to make a liquor run and didn’t know of any stores
nearby. Roger came up with a suggestion of using our wine stock in place
of the Tequila. We were impressed with his suggestion and the drink!
Roger saved our night!
Our guests were so impressed with your presentation and more especially
your delicious food. (So your name was given out several times.) Ricky
made sure we had plenty to serve.
Again, Page, thank you for your continued efforts to make our events
“delightful”.

I just wanted to thank you and your staff so much for making my
Wedding on April 4th, 2009 at the Southwest School of Art and Craft,
so perfect.
I began planning my wedding 2 years ago and conducted a thorough
search for the perfect San Antonio caterer. From the first meeting
at your office, I was treated very special and I felt like you
listened to me and that you genuinely wanted my business. After a
thorough analysis and comparison of local catering companies, I felt
like Page Barteau Catering was the best value for my money and that
your company approached everything with a “can-do” attitude that I
really liked. I also felt that Page Barteau Catering was open to
hearing new ideas and trying new things, something that was
important to me in order to execute some of the specific details of
my wedding and reception.
Two of my dear friends are getting married next month in Florida and
Georgia and I hear horror stories about how they are having problems
with their caterers and vendors giving them push-back on every
little detail. I feel bad for them because it is truly the details
that make the wedding unique. I was lucky that I picked a caterer
who understood the importance of these details. It’s the small
details that the guests will remember. Every detail at my wedding
was perfect and if it wasn’t, it was corrected immediately by your
staff and made perfect.
The guests raved about the food and the setup. The lighting and the
table settings were great and the service was prompt. Your catering
captain Yvette, was easily accessible throughout the wedding and was
responsive to any suggestions I made.
I was very satisfied with the final cost of my wedding and was very
comfortable working with Page and her staff. She made this wedding
seem effortless and kept me stress-free.

Stella was very calm and we knew we were in good hands. All the staff were wonderful and eager to please. Once things started I did not even turn around, knowing things were running smoothly.
